About

Seven years translating culture into brand. Now applied to the biggest change at work.

I've spent seven years agency-side, working with People, Comms and Employer Brand teams. Underneath, the job was always the same: work out what it's really like to work somewhere, then tell that story in a way people believe.

Then AI arrived at work, and the ground started to move. Most of the money and attention has gone on the tools. Much less has gone on the people being asked to change how they work, what they're for and what they're worth.

That's where rollouts go wrong. Fear. Disengagement. Quiet resistance. Good people leaving. It's the problem I've always worked on, in its biggest form yet.

Humore exists to make the AI transition human.

Humore works with organisations going through that change. Over two months, we listen to their people through surveys and interviews, then build a strategy for the brand and the organisation: how to stay human-facing, and how to keep people part of the process as AI comes in.

It started as a daily practice, a short conversation that builds the capacities people need when AI handles execution. That lives on as The Practice, the Humore app, and it's included for every organisation we work with.

The real conversation isn't humans against AI. It's what becomes possible when we work together, and making sure what makes us human comes through intact.
